What is the difference between pro stock and retail sticks?
Pro stock sticks are custom-built for professional players with reinforced materials and specific performance specs that aren't available in standard retail stores.
Do you offer a warranty on pro stock hockey sticks?
Because these sticks are manufactured for professional use at a discounted price, they do not carry a manufacturer warranty unless specifically stated on the product page.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping across North America generally takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Are these sticks brand new or used?
We primarily sell brand new, never-taped pro stock sticks. Any 'used' or 'refurbished' inventory will be clearly labeled in the product description.
Can I return a stick if I don't like the curve or flex?
We accept returns on unused, un-taped, and uncut sticks within 30 days of purchase. Once a stick has been used or modified, it is no longer eligible for return.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most hockey-playing nations worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
