We want you to be fully satisfied with your pro-grade gear; if your unused stick doesn't meet your performance expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that customized equipment and sticks that have been taped, cut, or used in play are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Gear
Place the unused stick in its original shipping box or a similar protective hockey stick mailer, ensuring all original tags and packaging are intact.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand off the package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
